JUNE: A quieter month for us, given holidays and of course the World Cup. We have a wedding at Beamish Hall next week, followed by a charity night at The Thomas Wilson Club in Low Fell, raising money fror MENCAP and Help for Heroes. Tickets are available directly from the club for that one should you wish to come along in support.

MAY: We are pleased to say Gordon did make it home eventually, and with such a lovely tan! This month brought a great balance of new and more familiar venues for us. Hannah and co. at The Ship, Newton-by-the-Sea, were as welcoming as ever and what a tremendous atmosphere we walked into at The New Tavern in Washington. As always, thanks to everyone who supported us. It's great to see our fan base on Facebook growing by the week!

APRIL: Quite a busy month for us! We received a very warm welcome at The Kings Arms in Seaton Sluice on Good Friday and had a great night, and on Easter Sunday we were back at what is now a familiar venue to us, The Vane in Silksworth. Most recently we appeared at The Clock in Hebburn, but this time as a 4 piece. A first for JJB, but what a great night it turned out to be! Gordon is among the thousands currently standed in Europe, and we aren't honestly sure whether we will see him anytime soon! We will keep you posted on his whereabouts!

MARCH: Thanks to everyone who attended our shows in February, we had an absolute blast and hope you did too.  We're taking a week off before we return to Sunderland and Gateshead in mid-March, check out the Gigs page, hope to see you all there.

JAN: We would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year, and thanks to everyone who supported us throughout 2009. Although we are easing ourselves into the beginning of the year quite gently (not such a bad thing given the current weather), our diary is fast filling up and Feb brings with it 5 more gigs, so we look forward to catching up with you soon!
